All Rotary Charities' Program and Organizational
Capacity
Building grant applicants are now required to submit two logic models as a part of their application package - A Grantee Action Plan (Form A) and a Grantee Evaluation Plan (Form B). Click here for written guidance on preparing these models.
In addition, Rotary Charities is offering a training session to help grant applicants prepare their models. This interactive work session will introduce the two logic models and walk participants through the process of refining 1) Project Needs/Gaps, 2) Activities, 3) Outcomes, 4) Community Impact, 5) a Data Collection Plan, and 6) a Data Utilization Plan.
